The first sequel of the 1972 masterpiece, paints us the picture of how the Corleone mob family was born, and the rise of the first God Father in the person of Vito Corleone, skillfully played by DeNiro. The history scenes alternate with present images where the Corleone family, now run by Michael (Pacino) makes big expansion moves in Nevada and Cuba which are part of Michael’s dream of making the Corleone family 100% legit. But the price he has to pay is beyond his expectations. Make sure you watch the first part first.
