I’m a fan of Brad Pitt just like most of us out there. But this just did not do it for me. It’s kinda predictable and you see where things are going. No strong scenes. I would recommend this to those of you who like soft sentimental movies. Benjamin’s condition is so out there, and the reaction of people to his illness is not the expected one. It’s OK once but that’s it. I really don’t get what’s all the fuss about except the performance of the actors.

I definitely regard this as one of my favorite classics. Huge cast featuring, among others, Al Pacino and Kevin Spacey. The story, is about one episode in the professional life of a group of sales men, each struggling to reach their own targets. Don’t expect visual or sound effects because there are non whatsoever. Watch it as you would watch a theater play and try to put yourself in each of the characters shoes. Anyway, it’s a classic so make sure you treat it that way.

I want to say this is a disapointment, but I can’t, knowing the other creations of Guy Richie. So, as a solution, I’ll just say that I guess Guy is targeting a little bit of a different audience with this one as it is not that subtle. Still fresh, still funny and still about the British underground business. However the league is different. Now were talking about music producers, real estate investors, serious jail time and millions of quid in thievery. I’m anxiously expecting “The Real Rock’N'Rolla”.

Rachel McAdams the actress from the leading role of “The Notebook” plays in a movie that travels through time. The love and the romance has never been so unsafe in a fantasy drama from past to future. Eric Bana is the lover that has a funny quality: he can travel through time. The bad news is that he doesn’t know when and how. I could call this the most romantic movie of the year and I recommend to watch it with your girlfriend/boyfriend. I almost forgot… the film has some good jokes too.

Definitely a girl movie. The message of the movie, as I understood it, is that everything happens for a reason and all you need to do is to keep your eyes open. It could be a movie about regrets and that you might wake up one morning and look back at your life and realize that you have missed some chances.  Depends on your mood but I choose to see the optimistic side. Are you prepared to answer the question that this movie asks you?.“What would you do different if you could relieve your life?”.

Casino is the type of movie that you know you will enjoy just by looking at the actors. But then, later when you are actually seeing it, you realize that all this fuss about it actually makes sense. It simply has everything: casinos (obviously), mobsters, de Niro, money, sex, violence, drama, revenge, emotion and a damn good story. On my “go and see list”! Oh and as a piece of advice: watch it with friends – it increases the fun. That’s it! I’m done.
